Located in St Leonards, minutes walk from a major supermarket. It is registered for up 3 women or men of ages between 18-65 years. With Mental health conditions and associated complex needs. The property has 3 double bedrooms that come fully furnished. The property has cctv around the perimeter to ensure that it is kept safe.
The lounge is designed for the modern person, this sun-drenched lounge blurs the line between indoor luxury and outdoor relaxation. A french doors open to the back garden, flooding the room with fresh air and natural light. The garden is suitable for fresh air relaxation. Whether you're enjoying the garden views from the comfort of the plush seating area, this space is the epitome of fluid, contemporary living."
In shared internal spaces, a smart television and Alexa device is available and an iPad is also available for use by our service users. Service users can use voice commands to operate these devices to access any information they desire. They are generally used for accessing online services similar to music, news, information and tv programs. The shared lounge is equipped with a smart tv and service users can watch Netflix, and other online video platforms, etc.

The bedrooms are fully furnished featuring a bed, triple door wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Our bedrooms are located upstairs. Our medication cupboards are located in each bedroom and are lockable.

There is guest toilet located on the ground floor.
We offer in-house activities for service users to engage in with our staff. We also work with community wellbeing centres locally that offer services similar to Photography club, Walking group, Yoga, Peer group, Origami club, Quiz club, Creative poetry club, Anxiety & depression course and so on. The town centre of Hastings is available via buses and a bus stop is a couple of minutes walk.
