Property Overview
• Location: The property is located in the popular town of Bexhill. The town centre is easily accessible on foot, with the high street situated just five minutes away.
• Registration: The home is registered to accommodate up to two male or female individuals aged between 18 and 65 years old.
• Care Focus: We provide support for individuals experiencing mental health conditions and associated complex needs.

Communal Areas
 • Lounge: The sun-drenched lounge is designed for contemporary living, blending indoor luxury with a relaxed atmosphere. High-ceiling sash windows flood the space with natural light and fresh air, complementing the plush seating area.
• Entertainment & Technology: Shared internal spaces feature a Smart TV equipped with Netflix and other online video platforms. Service users also have access to an iPad and an Alexa device, which can be operated via voice commands to access music, news, television programs, and general information.
• Kitchen: The modern, high-efficiency kitchen is optimized for both style and storage. It features modern appliances and minimalist hardware, creating a clean, airy, and clever turnkey space.
• Laundry: A washing machine and dryer are available for use by our service users.

Private Quarters

 • Bedrooms: The property features two fully furnished double bedrooms designed as bright and airy sanctuaries.
• Furnishings: Each room maximizes space and provides a quiet escape with a double bed, a three-door wardrobe, and soft-focus lighting.
• Safety: To ensure safe storage, a lockable medication cupboard is provided in all bedrooms.
• Bathroom: The newly fitted, modern family bathroom balances style and functionality. It features clean lines, high-end black fixtures, a vanity that enhances space and light, and a full-sized bathtub with an integrated over-bath shower.

Activities & Wellbeing
• In-House Support: Our staff facilitates a variety of engaging in-house activities for service users.
• Community Integration: We work closely with local community wellbeing centres to offer access to external programs. Service users can participate in specialized groups such as a photography club, walking group, yoga, peer support, origami club, quiz club, and creative poetry club.
Additionally, courses for managing anxiety and depression are available.
