Hythe Avenue: 
Located on the peaceful boundary between Bexhill and St Leonards, Hythe Avenue offers a safe, contemporary, and welcoming environment. We are registered to support up to three adults (men or women) aged 18 to 65 who live with mental health conditions and associated complex needs. The property is thoughtfully designed to promote independence and wellbeing, with perimeter CCTV installed to ensure a secure and safe environment for all residents. 

Living Spaces & Technology
 • Sun-Drenched Lounge: Designed for the modern lifestyle, this space blurs the line between indoor comfort and outdoor relaxation. Plush seating and French doors open directly to the back garden, flooding the room with fresh air and natural light. 
 • Tranquil Garden: An inviting, private outdoor space perfect for fresh-air relaxation and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. 
 • Smart Technology: Shared spaces are fully equipped with a Smart TV, an iPad, and an Alexa device. Residents can easily use voice commands to watch Netflix, listen to music, catch up on the news, or access other online services. 

Kitchen & Facilities 
 • High-Efficiency Kitchen: This compact, clever, and completely turnkey kitchen maximizes both style and storage. It features modern appliances and minimalist hardware that create a clean, airy feel. 
 • Laundry Services: A washing machine and tumble dryer are readily available for service users to maintain their independence. 
 • Modern Bathrooms: The upstairs family bathroom is designed with both style and functionality in mind, boasting clean lines, high-end black fixtures, a vanity, and a full-sized bathtub with an integrated shower. A convenient guest toilet is also located on the ground floor. 

Private Sanctuaries 
 • Three Double Bedrooms: Located upstairs, each fully furnished room provides a bright, airy, and quiet escape. They feature soft-focus lighting and cozy carpeted flooring. 
 • Furnishings: Every bedroom comes complete with a comfortable bed, a triple-door wardrobe, and a chest of drawers.
 • Secure Medication Storage: For safety and privacy, each bedroom is equipped with its own lockable medication cupboard.

Activities & Location

We provide a holistic approach to care, ensuring our service users remain engaged and connected to the wider community. 
 • Wellbeing & Activities: Residents can enjoy guided in-house activities with our staff or participate in local community wellbeing centers. Available local groups include Photography, Walking, Yoga, Origami, Creative Poetry, and Quiz clubs, as well as Peer Support and Anxiety & Depression courses. 
 • Convenient Transport: The property is highly accessible. A major supermarket at the Glyne Gap Shopping Centre is just a few minutes' walk away, and a nearby bus stop provides quick, direct routes into Hastings town centre.
